from Los Angeles Southwest College in May of 2002, with an Associates Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He then transferred to California State University Dominguez Hills in the Spring of 2003 where he received a Bachelors Degree in Geology, with a minor in Geography, in May of 2005. Phil was hired at Los Angeles Southwest College as the Physical Science Lab Technician in June of 2005, and still works there today. He is currently a Graduate student at California State University Long Beach, majoring in Geography. Phil enjoys playing golf quite much. He was a member of the Urban Youth Golf Program from 1997-2005. He was also a member of the Western States Golf Association from 2002-2004. Phil has over 30 trophies under his belt from various tournaments within the Urban Youth Golf Program. He has been in the presence of Judge Joe Brown, LPGA pro golfer Carmen Hajjar, and has even played with the author of Zen Church, and has been for 12 years. In his spare time, Phil does photography with Bradford Entertainment Management Group, genealogy and family history research, and enjoys traveling. He is known for being caring, friendly, and generous.
Since 2006, Phil has been a proud Disneyland annual pass holder and visits the park, on average, weekly. As a child, Phil and his family visited Disneyland at least once a year from about 1988-1996. Phil became an instant fan of Main Street Electrical Parade from first sight. He had the pleasure of being on hand for the final two performances of Disneyland's Main Street Electrical Parade back on November 25, 1996. After that day, Phil and family did not return to Disneyland for 6 years!
* The Main Street Electrical Parade is his passion and he has researched the 30+ years of evolving the history of this fantastic parade. Phil is adored by hundreds of MSEP fans in California and is often seen at Disneyland, CA wearing his signature Main Street Electrical Parade cape.
